No, not if you already signed the rental agreement online. In that case, we'll need someone there to provide access to the property, but it doesn't need to be you. If you haven't yet signed, you will need to be present at the installation to sign the rental agreement.

No problem! If you have an old washer or dryer that needs to be hauled away, we'll take care of it for free at the time of installation.

When you're ready to cancel your lease, you can schedule the pickup here. If you cancel early within the initial 6 month period, the rental payments will continue to be charged until the 6 months is over, and then the charges will stop. If you cancel after the initial 6 month period, the charges will stop immediately after the machines are picked up.
