Welcome to our washer and dryer rental service. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Rental Service Overview

We rent washers and dryers for residential use. When you place an order, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee and allow us to deliver, install, service, and (upon cancellation) pick up the machines.


2. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery and installation are included at no extra cost.
• If you’ve already e-signed your lease agreement, your presence on the day of installation isn’t required. Otherwise, you must be there at the installation to sign the lease agreement.
• Clear access to the installation area must be provided.


3. Billing & Payments

• Rent is billed monthly.
• Your first charge occurs after installation.
• Monthly charges renew automatically until canceled.
• You authorize us to charge your stored payment method for monthly rent and applicable fees.


4. Contract Term & Renewal

• Your rental begins on the day of installation.
• Minimum lease term is 6 Months, after which you may cancel anytime. 
• If you cancel early within the initial 6 month period, the rental payments will continue to be charged until the 6 months is over, and then the charges will stop.

 


5. Cancellations & Pickups

• You may cancel anytime, though if you're still within the initial 6 month period, the rental payments will continue to be charged until the 6 months is over. 
• To cancel, schedule your pickup here.


6. Maintenance & Repairs

• All maintenance and repairs are included at no extra charge.
• If a machine stops working or has issues, please submit a service request, and we will respond quickly to assist you.
• Customers agree not to attempt repairs themselves.
• Customer misuse, damage, or neglect may result in repair fees.


7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:
• Use machines only for normal household laundry.
• Keep machines in good condition.
• Not move the machines to a new address without approval.
• Provide safe access for installation, service, and pickup.


8. Damage, Loss & Replacement

• You are responsible for damages caused by misuse, abuse, unapproved relocation, flooding, or negligence.
• If machines are lost, destroyed, or unreturnable, replacement fees may apply.
• Normal wear and tear is expected and covered.


9. Equipment Ownership

All rented machines remain our property at all times. You do not gain ownership through rental payments.


10. Missed Payments

• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge automatically.
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of service or retrieval of equipment.


11. Access for Service or Pickup

You agree to provide us (or our service partners) reasonable access to your property for installation, maintenance, or pickup of the machines.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes affect your active rental, we will notify you.
